The On-Site keypad controller is the hardware behind a premier access control system designed specifically for self-storage facilities. It utilizes an industry-standard wired communication network (RS485) to make programming valid users and tracking activity at your gates fast and reliable.

The unit features an industrial-grade, back-lit keypad and a two-line customer display, all housed within a rugged powder-coated aluminum enclosure. The controller board is protected with heavy-duty surge protection devices on both the power and communications inputs, and it can be powered by 12-24 volts AC or DC, making it incredibly easy to retrofit into existing locations.

Service Dependability & Offline Protection

Built for ease of customer use, the On-Site system is designed for simple field service of replacement parts if ever needed. It is available in multiple configurations, including a built-in proximity card reader for rapid tenant access.

To guarantee 100% uptime, the system utilizes a System Manager Controller (SYSMAN). The SYSMAN sits between your office computer and the gate, downloading tenant data and storing it locally. This means your gates will remain fully functional even if the main office computer is turned off or loses connection.

KP-Control Software Included

The system control software, KP-Control, is user friendly, easy to use, and comes with NO monthly fees. It interfaces seamlessly with most popular self-storage management software programs so no double data entry is needed. When configured, tenant input is disabled in KP-Control, letting your management software drive the data for increased revenue control accounting.

• Manage up to 2,000 tenants with codes up to 10 digits long.
• Remote gate control, 99 programmable time zones, and access zones.
• Delayed code activation with auto-expiration dates (perfect for visitors).
• Manage multiple sites with different user databases from one screen.
